Our priority and key criteria in assessing any deal are to qualify that your capital is protected. If you any enter any deal knowing your money invested is protected and going into a strong deal then it does not become a question of is my money safe? Is it going to go down? But more a question of how much of a return and how much are you going to make?

 

STEP 1

The first step in the process is for you to contact us to book a consultation.

 

 

STEP 2

We establish your requirements, how much you would like to invest? Type of deals you may be interested, tell you a bit more about us and how we do things as well as naturally giving you the opportunity to ask us any more questions.

 

 

STEP 3

You join us as an investor (we charge a membership fee, which will be discussed in the consultation). Following the consultation, we will form your strategy and plan of action. 

 

 

STEP 4

We will assist you if necessary in any preparation required prior to you investing whether that be seeking any accounting, financial or tax advice. We have partner accounting and law firms on hand to provide assistance. 

 

 

STEP 5

We present you with deals and investments opportunities and you start making your money work for you. We manage the entire process from acquisition to end result whether that be for resale or rental. 

 

 

Our objective is to primarily offer an armchair investment service and look after the entire process for you, however we appreciate that some clients would like to be a little more involved or even learn certain aspect if that is the case we are happy to involve you wherever possible and endeavor to work to your requirements. 

 

An important point to remember is that your investments are in the deals themselves you own the property or a share of the investment and therefore your capital is protected.
